A. Purpose of collection

The Organizing Committee of the CSI Korea 2025 collects personal information, with the consent of the data subject, for purposes including confirming user registration intentions for participation, managing users, preventing misuse of services, issuing notifications and notices, preserving records for dispute resolution, verifying user identities, confirming complaints, notifying contacts for fact-finding investigations, and informing processing outcomes.

B. Information Collected

The Organizing Committee of the CSI Korea 2025 collects the following minimum personal information as mandatory items:
- Required Information: Nationality, Name, email address, mobile number, affiliated name, position.

C. Use and Retention Period

The Organizing Committee of the CSI Korea 2025 keeps the collected personal information for one year after the event ends to promote similar events in the following year. After the expiry of this retention period or when the personal information becomes unnecessary for the purposes of processing, it will be promptly disposed of.

D. Consent to entrust personal information processing work

The Organizing Committee of the CSI Korea 2025 has assigned the following personal information processing tasks to ensure a seamless operation:
